It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite and a twin zip/link room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. To the exterior you will find plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio with furniture. Sunnywell is a fabulous, cosy cottage located ideally for touring this wonderful region. Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread and a stairgate cannot be fitted, children to be supervised. You can also easily reach the popular attractions of Bodmin Moor and the Camel cycle trail for to more energetic, whilst the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the National Trust's Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project provide a more relaxing pastime.
