Minimum contact will take place with guests who will be able to self check in, spare laundry will be left for mid-term changes as necessary and self check out....... This unique, modern property offers guests the very best in luxury, cosy accommodation. Recently converted yet full of character and history. It's located right in the middle of this quintessentially English town - reputedly the smallest in England! The town, dating back to the Doomsday Book, is vibrant, friendly and offers an amazing array of shops, pubs and restaurants, including an excellent butcher, delicatessen, chocolatier, a well stocked supermarket as well as a twice weekly vegetable market under the town hall. From the entrance hall; Lounge: Open plan to the kitchen, the comfortable lounge has a feature painted wall and a good seating layout with a 3 seater sofa and two armchairs. The sofa converts into a sofa bed with Hypnos mattress to accommodate an additional 2 guests if required. WiFi and TV Kitchen: The modern, sunny kitchen is well equipped including Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave, Nesspresso coffee machine, blender and a 12 piece funky shaped dinner service. Dining table seats 6. Cloakroom: Villeroy and Bosch sanitaryware, heated towel rail. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs to; Bedrooms: Large, bright and airy master with large bay window and feature fireplace. Quality king size bed with sumptuous Egyptian cotton linen to give our guests a comfortable night's sleep. Double wardrobe with drawers, hanging space and interior lighting. Bedside tables with low level LED lighting and 2 USB chargers. The guest bedroom has 2 twin single beds which can be made up as a King size double if preferred (please request when booking) Large wardrobe and beautiful bay window. Feature fireplace. Shower Room: Shower cubicle, Villeroy and Bosh sanitary ware, vanity unit and touch operated mirror. Large fluffy towels for each guest stay warm on a heated towel rail.
