The area is very calm, surrounded with nature and one can take long walks through the country or go bike riding, it is only 7 km to the sea. The ground floor features a spacious open plan living room with fire place, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 electric rings, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle), exit to the covered terrace and pool area , 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine and on the first floor are 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 1 more bathroom with shower.
