The Loop is located just 5 miles away while McCormick Place is accessible by a 20-minute direct bus ride. Your room is bright and airy with a comfy bed dressed in fresh sheets, fluffy pillows and snuggly blankets. If you are the culinary kind, our kitchen has all the tools you'll need for you to feel right at home. Your bathroom is shared. "Heart of Chicago" has a rich ethnic heritage. Established at the end of the 19th century, it was first inhabited by the Bohemian working class. Since then it has experienced the richness of an Italian population and more recently Hispanic. Our house is right around the corner from a handful of some of the remaining old school Italian restaurants and taquerias can be found on most corners. While his people are gifted in the art of hospitality, he airs on the side of hiss-pitality. He is not aggressive but is shy with new people. Crisp: In the colder months this room is cool. There are extra blankets and a space heater to take the nip out of the air. May-October: This room is the only way to access the hanging baskets off of the balcony. Please note that if you are staying during the above months, there will be light traffic through your room for watering the flowers and keeping your surroundings lush.
