Independent old house, restored in 2016 with noble materials (lime, bricks, natural stones, floor tiles, local wood) to keep all its authenticity. Le Martin Pêcheur, labeled fishing lodge, is located next to the Don river and a pond full of fish, in the heart of the remarkable site of La Forge renowned for its fauna/flora (17km of marked trails). East terrace accessible from the 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) on the banks of the river located opposite the gite (5 m opposite). Fishing room (refrigerator/tank with aerator). Ground floor: lounge/living room (wood stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), 1 small glass bedroom closed by curtain (90x190 bed), shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x190 bed) and shower room/wc. Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, washing machine, complete baby equipment. Included: sheets (beds made). Not included: wood/electric heating, electricity and towels. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€). Animals on request.
