Spacious basement studio apartment in quiet country setting. Double and single beds, couch and additional twin mattress available. Kitchenette and private bathroom. Sleeping and living area are 800sq. ft. Private entrance at rear of house accessible by walking through the yard. Pool in season. We are not in Lake of the Woods, but 15 minutes to the front gate. Walking trails and battlefields are close by. Orange, Fredericksburg and Culpeper are 30 minutes away, and Charlottesville is 60 minutes. Peaceful country setting, down private drive away from traffic. Surrounded by pasture with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Incredible view of stars at night. Guests have private space but I am available when needed. We enjoy meeting and interacting with guests. Very secluded being the only house on the road. Three Restaurants, convenient and Dollar store are 2 miles away and Walmart is 20 minutes away. No public transportation.
