Cute and Comfortable

Three Bedroom, 2 bath NONSMOKING home in a quiet cul-de-sac. This is our home away from home and we would love to share it with you. It has a king bed in the master with tub/shower combo ensuite. 2nd bedroom has a queen. Both of these beds are high, great for tall people, the rest of us climb in (I’m 5’1”). The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed at regular height and is a playroom. There are two roll away cots for extra littles and a pack-n-play. 2nd bath is a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully stocked, has spices, oils and various condiments available for you. Washer/dryer and Gym in garage. Large yard with BBQ and patio set. Cable and fastest WiFi available from Xfinity. Rivers, lakes and hiking are within 15min -1 hr. Coast is within 1.5 -2 hrs. Many parks and fishing nearby. Oregon Jamboree in early August is 30 min away in Sweet Home. Oregon State University is 30 min. Absolutely NO pets and NO smoking OF ANY KIND, inside or out. The home, fully fenced back yard and 2+ car driveway which is 100% available to you. 3rd parking space could accommodate up to a medium SUV. We are available by phone/text. We have property managers in town for emergencies. Our home is at the back of a short, 11 home cul-de-sac. There is a large grassy fully fenced back yard with a recently enlarged patio. Entrance is through the house, garage or side gate. It is quiet. Parking is two spaces in the driveway plus room to the right of the main driveway for a smaller vehicle with the recently enlarged driveway. Extra cars will need to park out of the cul-de-sac circle as the neighbors use the area in front of their home. The rest of the street is ok for parking.
