This peaceful cottage is your private getaway with independent entry. Featuring a bedroom (quality queen bed,) living room (a day sofa and/or an extra twin bed on request, a fan & heater), a convenience kitchen (microwave, small fridge, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, electric tea pot), and a private bath. A lovely garden of fruit trees humming birds & flowers & a love seat swinging under a jasmine and rose covered trellis. Guests may park in our driveway and never be blocked in! This peaceful cottage can be your private apartment getaway with one bedroom, ( Queen bed) a living room (can be used as second bedroom), convenience kitchen and a bath. A lovely garden of fruit trees and flowers and a love seat swinging under a jasmine and rose covered trellis. Cottage with bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bath. A creek with frogs and trees with humming birds provide food for the cats. Guests will be able to log on to wireless. Guest are invited to relax in the back yard or join in the various gardening projects if they so desire. Coffee, Tea, Brita filtered drinking water available. The hosts are available for inquiry and cordial and limited conversation. We will be helpful but not intrusive. While we can be very friendly we will not impose ourselves on your privacy. Safe quiet middle class neighborhood, lots of well kept homes and nice streets for taking a walk. One block to the connivence store and 6 blocks to the shopping plaza and BART. 5 minute walk to BART 45 minutes ride to San Francisco, 20 minutes to Berkeley 30 minutes to Oakland. Easy drive to San Francisco or Marin. Guests will be able to log on to wireless. Guest are invited to relax in the back yard. Tea, filtered drinking water available. The hosts are available for inquiry and cordial and limited conversation. We will be helpful but not intrusive. While we can be very friendly we will not impose ourselves on your privacy.
