Great restaurants and shopping near-by (with in 5 minutes time), close to Canobie Lake Park (25 minutes), Portsmouth (45 minutes), Hampton Beach (40 minutes), and Boston (2 hours), Kittery (1 hour). Linens may be provided at additional fee, no boat provided.
