On the first floor, there is another reading room, made out from the balcony, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second and a third double bedroom, the latter with a mezzanine floor. The last two bedrooms are served by a large bathroom with a tub and shower. Inside, high-quality furniture and styles create an elegant and very welcoming atmosphere. Outside the fenced swimming pool and the garden with tables and chairs that allow guests to have lunch and dinner outside and, above all, relax make this venue a heaven-like place. In addition to the main house for guests, there is also an annex with a patio which features a nice living room with an adjoining kitchen and two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. In the close proximity of Villa San Marco, some typical towns of the Le Marche region are known for the production of terracottas and olive oil but also excellent wineries and larger cities where there are cultural centers, museums, castles, and hilltop villages that deserve more than a quick visit.
