The apartment overlooks the U shaped courtyard, it is very sunny and quiet. All sites, such as Spa Anna, Aquapark, river Tisa, Szechenyi main square, the famous patisserie Virag, Café Acapella, the Dome and the shopping street can be reached with a 5-15-minutes’ walk. Medical centers are also within a walking distance. A big food market is nearby at Mars square as well as a Árkád shopping mall. Excellent public transportation: buses, trolleys, trams. 60 m2, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and an entry hall. Sunbathing or smoking is allowed in the non-disturbed corridor in front of the apartment. Two rooms (living room and bedroom), kitchen, bathroom. Well urnished and equipped. The bus station is nearby (7-8 minutes walk) as well as a huge open air market at Mars square. The train station can be reached by tram (6 stops), nearest stop is Anna kut. The apartment is halfway between the Anna-kut an Rokusi iskola tram stops. New Szeged can be reached by a longer walk or trolley/bus from Bartok square, which is 7-8 minutes on foot. There is a sightseeing small train that starts from Szechenyi square, again 7-8 minutes walking distance. Parking is free on weekends (from Friday 6 p.m. until Monday 8 a.m.). It is paid every working day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Safe neighborgood I’m supplying you the followings: bed-clothes for, towels, liquid soap, dish-towels, paper towels, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 roll toilet-paper. In heating season -from 15th of October to 15th April- 10 cubic meter of gas per day is in the price, that is enough for normal temperature (20-22 Celsius degrees). If you consume more gas, it is paid by the gas meter per 120 Forints/cubic meter. Out of heating season, if heating needed, gas is paid per 120 Forints/cubic meter by the gas meter.
