Access to miles of trails right outside the back door. Beautiful woods, ponds, and even waterfalls. Hike, run, mountain bike! Roomy cottage set upon the grounds of a restored early 1900's farm. The cottage is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. Sit on the front porch and check out the views or sit on the back porch and watch the free range chicken explore the yard. Unwind with your feet up or stretch your legs on the miles of trails just behind the house. Perfect for hiking, running, mountain biking and dog walks. A fishing creek, 2 ponds, a baseball diamond, miles of trails. All within a few min drive of Cooperstown. Hosts live on the property and are happy to have as much or little interaction as you'd like. We are within sight but have a separate driveway. Both of us are working professionals so are not always home but are always reachable by phone. Our 'neighborhood' is quite wonderfully free of neighbors! We love the space and privacy that living in the country affords us. Come enjoy the peace and quite or hang out outside late into the night without worrying about disturbing neighbors. Master bedroom with Queen sized bed. Second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Sleeper sofa in living room with full sized pull out.
