Portanelle trusses
A few hundred meters from the center of Gaillac, "les Colombages de la Portanelle" is a detached town house in Old Gaillac. Its half-timbering is typical of the architecture of this district. Located near the Tarn and 150 meters from the Park where the Lantern Festival takes place, it has been completely renovated and offers new and quality equipment. Everything has been done to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Gaillac is a wine-growing city which offers multiple festivities according to the seasons (Lantern Festival, wine festival, aperitifs concerts, night markets ... among others) Many activities are available to you. You can make the circuit of the Albigensian bastides (Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi ..), visit the town of Albi and its cathedral, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. "Les Colombages de la Portanelle", is a 90 m² house, on 2 floors. (access to the second floor is via a spiral staircase (see photos). To consider.) A loggia on the second floor will allow you to relax to the sound of flowing water, that of the Tarn. It can ideally accommodate 4 travelers, since it has 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed) but the living room sofa makes a bed if 2 more people wish to stay in the gîte. Baby equipment (cot, high chair ...) can be made available on request. Ideally located, you will have easy access to the amenities and shops of Gaillac, as well as to parking spaces. No smoking
