Bed and breakfast calm and cosy

We offer you privat room with one bed for 2 persons ( 1.80 x2,0 m ) in the 1 floor, with your privat toilet. The shower is in the ground floor, we use it together. Our village is near Nuremberg and Ansbach. It is ideal for guests , who visit the exhibitions there, or for a city trip. I offer breakfast for you, if you want. You need a car, because we have no public traffic. To the highways you need 8 minutes. The area is also perfect for hiking or bicycle tours. We can give you many tipps. Our house is more than 100 years old. Inside it is modern, the bed is quite new and you can make yourself coffee or tea. In summer you can use also the little garden behind our house. It is possible to book the room for 2 persons. A toilet for guests belongs to the room. You need a car, no public traffic. We are 2 persons, we will use the bathroom in the ground floor together. If you want to stay longer than 3 days , you can use the kitchen too. In summer you can spend time in our garden and refresh yourself in the pool. Parking in front of the house is possible. We can give you many informations about the area and about events. We have a lor of tipps for you. If you have any question or problem, please tell us. We are interested in other countries, people and culture, we love to be hosts. Sauernheim is a part of Windsbach, small and calm. To the sealand you need 45 minutes by bicycle. In the surroundings you find interesting towns like Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl or Rothenburg. no public traffic, you need a car, you can park in front of the house. No smoking in the whole house ! No children until 3 years old, and no animals.
