The dining kitchen is fitted with floor units and worktops, free standing units and standard white goods including a coffee maker. In addition, there is a garage. The swimming pool is located in an enclosed private garden which is opposite the courtyard. The pool is 8m x 4m and goes from 1m to 1.5m deep. The pool is situated in a detached garden opposite the main house and it is necessary to cross a small road with very little passing traffic.
