Enjoy our fully furnished studio apartment on the edge of Downtown Elmira, conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants and nightlife (1-2 blocks), First Arena and Clemens Center entertainment (3 blocks). This entire building was remodeled in 2019, and now offers keyless entry via digital keypads. Off-street parking just outside the semi-private entrance with a crystal chandelier and beautiful staircase leading to the Airbnb unit. Enter into the living room/bedroom of the studio -- outfitted with a Queen bed, chest of drawers, night stand with lamp, dining table, and flat screen TV. (Cable and WiFi provided.) Private kitchen with all the prepping and cooking accompaniments for your convenience. (We provide coffee and tea for the Keurig, but other food items will need to be purchased by guest.) Additional cookware can be found in the closet closest to the kitchen. Private bathroom has a stand-up shower. You'll find toiletries and towels are provided. This apartment also offers direct access to rooftop patio. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building. You'll use digital keypads to access the apartment (check-in is at or after 3pm and checkout is by 11am). We are nearby but not on-site, and can be reached via the Airbnb messenger app any time. Off-street parking is located in the driveway immediately beside the building entrance. Uber is available for local travel as well.
