Peaceful, two bedroomed, country cottage complete with two ensuite, king size bedrooms and other modern amenities located within minutes of Galgorm Resort and Spa, The Ivory Pavillion and Golf Course at Galgorm Castle. A forty minute drive leads you to the world famous Causeway Coast, Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and world class golf courses, not least of all, Royal Portrush. The perfect base for both short and long term stays, a place where everyone will be made to feel at home. A homely, countryside setting on a working farm. The cottage is a self contained unit providing warm and comfortable accommodation for a party of up to four persons. There are two king size bedrooms each with their own shower room facility. A large kitchen, utility/laundry room, dining area and living room offering countryside views. There is an enclosed private garden where guests can sit and enjoy the countryside views, parking for up to three cars and Wi-Fi. Guests will have access to the entire space with their own private entrance, parking facility for up to three cars and an enclosed garden. Our home, a farmhouse, is adjacent to the accommodation but guests choosing to stay at our cottage will have complete privacy. I am happy, however, to engage with guests should they wish to have tourist or other advice. I have had several years experience in the tourist sector. Our cottage is a five minute drive from Galgorm Resort and Spa, Galgorm Castle, and their popular wedding venues, spa and golf course. Ballymena, a bustling shopping town, is a ten minute drive away. Both Belfast City and Belfast International Airports are within a one hour drive. The Causeway Coast is approximately a forty minute drive, depending on your chosen destination. Galgorm and Cullybackey villages have many options for food shopping as well as hairdressers and beauty therapists, convenient for preparations for those attending weddings in the area. A car is essential, however, should you wish to leave it behind, we are a few minutes drive from Cullybackey where you can catch the hourly train service to Belfast or Londonderry. Buses are also available from Ballymena Bus Depot on the Galgorm Road. There are electric gates leading onto the farm, making our accommodation a safe choice. Please note because we are on a farm no dogs are allowed. We have a fully equipped kitchen but for guests who do not wish to cook there are several local restaurant choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This information is provided to guests on site.
