Royal park Ullapool room 3

We are situated in the heart of village close to all restaurants and cafes. Set back one street from the water front so every thing is within walking distance. We offer 3 double en-suite rooms in separate guest accommodation away from main family living area.Rooms are let out on a room only basis no breakfast is provided. Guest lounge and off road parking. Your room is on the first (Website hidden by Airbnb) a comfortable double with en-suite shower room. Tea and coffee tray available. We have not put tv in the room as most people now travel with iPads etc. No breakfast is served it is room only accommodation. Plates and cutlery are provided if you wish to bring your own. Room also has a hairdryer,fan and small ( mini)bedroom fridge. Guests access the accommodation from side door where car can be left. This entrance is for guests only. We are a working family not around all the time but when around we are happy to help if we can . We should be around for check in but if not we will be in touch with details of how to access your room. For now due to the COVID 19 situation and to keep everyone safe contact will be kept to a minimum but we are still here to help. We are right in centre of the village very close to the waterfront. We are really central to everything so park up and enjoy. Room 3 is upstairs . The sat nav is slightly off. Please read directions carefully. We are in Royal park just off Mill street. We are the house with the 3 potted trees at side door. Any problems finding us please phone. It is advisable to look up restaurants and book if you can as they can be very busy .
