Each has its own bathroom facilities. The living area is open plan with a sitting area, sleek kitchen and dining area with full height glazed doors overlooking open parkland. Outside you'll find a little seating area, attractive gravelled terrace, parking for two cars and you are of course welcome to use the extensive lawns and grounds. Barley House is a lovely family house, ideal for a Devon holiday Amenities: Electric panel heaters with underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request, please bring own linen for cot. Off road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea? Town: Ottery St Mary sits beside the River Otter and is well known for its literary connections to the poet Coleridge and for its beautiful church often referred to as a Exeter cathedral lookalike. Ottery St Mary is also famous for its traditional 'Tar Barrels' which attracts more than 3000 visitors on 5th November each year.
