Charming Cottage in an absolute stunning location, watch the sunrise, listen to the waves crashing against the rocks, admire the night sky away from any streetlights, surfer's paradise, golf course and horse riding at your doorstep, lovely coastal walks nearby and only a short drive away from Wicklow mountains and Glendalough and other historic sites. Charming Cottage two bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan kitchen com living room with beautiful sunrise views over green fields to the sea, hear the waves crashing from your door step and admire the uninterrupted sparkle of the night sky. Kitchen has everything you need; TV has satellite channels and saorview; good open WiFi access. You will have the entire cottage to yourself. There is a shared laundry room on the site with washing machine and tumble dryer, and an outside area with washing lines. Ample space for parking. Open grass area for outside dining and relaxing. We are living on the same site, guests are very welcome to interact with us if they wish to get local knowledge of the area, ie which beach to visit or where to get your shopping done. We live in the country side and across the road is a working farm with lifestock, so you can expect the occasional noise or smells from it. The cottage is within walking distance to the idyllic beach of Magheramore which is a popular filming location (ie vikings) and also a very popular beach for surfing. We are also only 5min drive away from the renowned sandy beach of Brittas Bay. Blainroe golf club is just 500m down the road. Wicklow has a variety of sports activities, like sailing club (it hosts the biannual 'round Ireland yachtrace') , tennis club, rowing club, paddle boarding, canoe hire, also a surf school at Brittas Bay. The charming coastal town of Wicklow Town is 10min drive away with coffee shops, Restaurants, takeaways and shops and all the popular supermarkets. The recently opened Wicklow cliff walk is a very popular walk where you can admire seals as well as birdlife. This cottage is an ideal basepoint for excursions to all attractions in Co Wicklow like the monastic site of Glendalough, the beautiful arboretum in Kilmaccurragh, Powerscourt Estate, hillwalking in the Wicklow / Dublin mountains, shopping trip to Dublin, to name just a few things to do/visit. While only a short stroll away from beautiful beaches, If you have a car you will be able to explore all the beauty spots around the area and also further afield in the garden County of Ireland. We have a sheepdog and 2 friendly cats who will be looking for the occasional pet. We also have 7 hens and 2 ducks, some eggs are in your cottage as welcome treat, let us know if you want more
