The Beach House

Welcome to The Beach House! A tranquil piece of Paradise for anyone to enjoy that perfect Summer or Winter getaway! Our fully equipped, 3-bedroom beach house has everything you need for a stress-free relaxing vacation. Enjoy with family and friends or make it a solo experience and disconnect from the everyday. Cozy up by the fireplace with a drink in hand and a great book. Unpack, sit back, relax & enjoy the beautiful views from the deck overlooking the beautiful blue ocean on Tatamagouche Bay. Indoor Space The Beach House comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 3 bedrooms equipped with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, double on the bottom and twin on the top. The couch in the living room would comfortably sleep one person. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher for those dirty dishes. Who wants to do dishes while they are on vacation? Enjoy the quaint dining area if you choose to eat inside. The bathroom includes towels, face cloths and hand towels. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Wi-Fi is also provided along with a SMART TV. Cozy up with a blanket and enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime.The zero-clearance fireplace is available for those chilly nights. Pour a glass of wine and spark up a conversation around the crib board! Outside Space The property is extremely private, set back from the road with plenty of mature trees for privacy and a lot of room for the kids to play. The beach is mere meters from the house. At Low tide, enjoy walks in search of treasures, sea glass, driftwood and shells. Swim in some of the warmest waters in Nova Scotia or enjoy a bonfire on the beach while the sun sets. Bring your kayak, canoe, paddle board or windsurfing board and create your own adventure along the Atlantic coastline of Malagash. Spend those beautiful days outside with the provided BBQ and some lounge chairs on the amazing deck. The views of the oceanfront and the private landscaped yard will provide the entertainment. There is also an outdoor fire pit where you can roast marshmallows with the kids, strum on the guitar, share stories and create your summers greatest memories. The whole house We are located in Nova not to far from The Beach House. If there is an urgent matter during your stay please feel free to contact us! Attractions around the area Just 5 minutes away from The Beach House, enjoy the Jost Winery, offering wine tastings, the Seagrape café (open all year round) and bike rentals. Blue Sea provincial beach park is just up the road, only 5kms away. There are quad/snowmobile trails a plenty throughout the area as well as hiking and walking trails. These same trails make for great cross-country skiing/snowshoeing in the winter. Centrally located, The Beach House is only 15 minutes to Tatamagouche; 10 min to Wallace; 20 min to Fox Harb'r Resort and close proximity to 3 area golf courses; • Brule Point (25 mins) • Wallace River (15mins) • Northumberland Links in Pugwash (20mins) In the bustling village of Tatamagouche you can stroll along Main Street and visit the many shops, restaurants and cafe's or take a ride on the local road train which leaves daily from the Foodland parking lot. Swing by the Tatamagouche Brewery and sample local Craft beers. Wallace is 10 minutes away and offers a café, restaurant, Home Hardware, Museum, gas station with NSLC liquor outlet and a seasonal lobster pound where you can buy fresh lobster in May and June. In July and August, you can buy it in Pugwash at Chase's Lobster Pound. For our winter guests, Ski Wentworth is a mere 25 minutes from The Beach House. Bring your Skis and Snowboards and make it a great winter vacation on the slopes during the day, while the nights are spent by the roaring fireplace with a game of crib! Nothing to note at this time
