Comfortable apartment on the beach with panoramic sea terrace and Wifi

In the typical ancient Aeolian village of Acquacalda di Lipari, at the end of the village, in the quiet and panoramic area called San Gaetano, we offer housing solutions of various sizes and types, independent houses and apartments just steps from the beach. The houses are tastefully furnished and are equipped with all comforts. All houses have sea view and are equipped with terraces. The beach below is no more than 30 meters away. The long beach of Acquacalda has also been awarded this year, like the past years, with the blue flag by the FEE, Foundation for Environmental Education, which has the aim, worldwide, to spread the good environmental practices, through multiple education, training and information activities for sustainability. Didỳmē consists of four rooms and is equipped with WiFi. The first is a bedroom with double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror and a comfortable armchair / bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (+ one pull-out) and is complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. The third bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed, an equipped wall and a writing desk with mirror. The fourth bedroom is a large living room with a raised kitchen area, complete with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a wall equipped with satellite TV, an extensible table (up to 8 seats) and a pellets. The apartment has comfortable fitted wardrobes and a service area with washing machine. the living room / kitchen, with a splendid view of both Salina and Panarea and Stromboli, opens through a large French window onto a beautiful furnished panoramic terrace, from where you can access the beach (30mt.) through a ladder. An electric barbecue can be used on the terrace. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and fans. At the back of the house, before the rear entrance, a private parking space is available for a small / medium vehicle.
