Spacious summerhouse with a fantastic view

Our lovely summerhouse is situated on the beautiful island Enø, next to the cozy fishing hamlet Karrebæksminde with restaurants, shops and a real holiday atmosphere. The summerhouse offers an excellent place for both groups and families with kids. The house is set in a 700 m2 plot just next to the Sea, the fjord and open fields. The summerhouse is spacious with 80 m2 and a large wooden deck with an awning facing the sea. A 10 m2 annex with two bunk beds. The house has an entrance, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, a sun room, a living room with a fireplace and access to the Southern deck. Next to the summerhouse there is an 10m2 annex with four beds. The annex also has a nice wooden deck. A new wooden playhouse with toys are connected to the summerhouse. The house is modern and equipped with: - washing machine - microwave - oven and stove - heating pump - 4G internet - TV - grill The outside is equipped with: - 3 tables with chairs - 2 large umbrella - Several garden games (petanque, croquette, "Viking game") All expect one of the annexes are accessible to guests. We can assist you during your stay if you need guidance/help. There a bus service from Karrebæksminde stopping 1 km from the house. A 20 minutes bus ride to Næstved train station, which will bring you in 1 hour to Copenhagen. The summer house is 10 km from Næstved city, 20 km from Gavnø Castle and BonBonland, one of the biggest amusement parks in Denmark and 90 km from Copenhagen. As the summerhouse is placed net to the fjord, the sea and a naturepark there are lots of possibilities to walk, run, swim. You can walk along the cliff to Karrebæksminde an enjoy the beautiful sea view. The sea and the fjord are excellent for windsurfing and kite surfing. A separate fee for electricity and water consumption is collected during the cold season: October-March, and no fees will be collected during April-September. - Electricity fee: DKK 2.55 /kWh - Water fee: DKK 60/m3.
