Basement only 35 min from the White House

A spacious well-lit basement with independent entrance. There is a large bathroom with a two persons Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing or work. There are an entertainment center and laundry rooms which are shared (I only use laundry room). You'll have access to the kitchen on the first floor, fitted with a large refrigerator, cook top, microwave, conventional and toaster ovens and all small appliances. You will have access to the open patio. I have 1 futon that can comfortably sleep two. I can add another bed or beds for kids if needed. There is separate door that the guests can use to enter the house. The guests will have access to all amenities in the house including kitchen, family and dining rooms, open and closed patios. I am available when needed by phone, or in person outside regular business hours and I don't mind interacting with my guests or giving them total privacy. This is truly unique, beautiful, woodsy and green neighborhood. It is perfect for a relaxing walk after a day of sightseeing or work. Downtown Washington D.C. (e.g. the White House) is about 15 miles driving or 35 min without traffic. Please note that traffic can double the driving time. Metro Red Line Strathmore station is about 15 min drive.
