The two-story duplex was built as two full, private homes under one roof, and at 4400 square feet, is perfect for large groups. The two full living spaces have 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and sleeps 20 persons. It features 2 huge great room/dining areas, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, 2 fully stocked kitchens, 2 screened porches, large utility with W/D and 1/2 bath separating the spaces. . The downstairs has 2 master suites, one on each side of the lodge, and each with private baths. One master suite features 1 queen, and 1 twin bed, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The second downstairs master has 1 queen, and 2 twin beds, and private bath with walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and one sink. The upstairs has a game room in the common area with pool/ping pong table, galley kitchen with sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and drip coffeemaker, and a common area full bath with walk-in shower. There are three upstairs bedrooms which include: (a) 1 queen, 2 twin beds, large screen TV (b) 1 double, 2 twin beds with a walk-through closet to the full bath with shower (this bathroom also opens out to the common area). (c) 1 queen, 1 twin bed, with a private bathroom and shower/tub combination. Bedroom (c) is semi-private from the other bedrooms with a connecting door, and its own staircase. Guests step outside the home to a 1/2 acre backyard and a little slice of country paradise, complete with a canvas of stars at night and party lights over the pool. Surround yourself with nature and enjoy the sound of a trickling waterfall, in-ground pool and hot tub, firepit, propane grill, picnic area, and large pond.
