The owner lives only temporarily in the house or, but uses a separate entrance. The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor at the sunbathing area with garden furniture. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads over a 250 sqm terrace directly in the porch with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs) and 1 bunk bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs) and 1 bunk bed and TV. Kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and small oven. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC. 1st floor: Bathroom with shower and WC. Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Pets: nicht erlaubt.
