A tranquil oasis in the green hills of Umbria. 'La Case del Sole' is a rustic stone farmhouse immersed in the green Tuscan-Umbrian coutryside at 7 km from the town of Castiglione del Lago. The farmhouse / agriturismo can accept a maximum of 9 guests in two apartments. However, you can also rent an apartment individually - it is not necessary to have 9 people to enjoy our hospitality. Please contact us for a custom rate quote for renting just one or two of the apartments. Situated near the picturesque Lake Trasimeno in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is an ideal position for visiting Assisi (1 hour) Gubbio, Montepulciano, Florence (1; 30), Siena, Orvieto, Rome (2 hour), Cortona and Perugia. Surrounding the house is a garden with swimming pool and ample space to relax in tranquility. At sunset the splendid starlit sky makes an unforgettable evening tableau with the light of the barbeque. Outside games including table-tennis are conducive to enjoy playing with your children. For our guests' enjoyment, depending on the season, you can help with the harvest of typical local produce like Olive Oil, Grains, Vegetables, Wine and Vinsanto. Furthermore you will have at your disposal the use of four bicycles for panoramic rides. Agriturismo "La Casa Del Sole" offers its clients an ideal place to spend relaxing days at one with nature. The agriturismo consists of two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance. Each apartment can sleep 5 people: two / three in the bedroom with a double bed + single bed and two on a sofa bed in the living room / kitchen. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator with small freezer, stove with four burners, oven) and television. We make every effort to ensure our guests are comfortable during their stay at our farmhouse.
