A private silent room for guests - feel like home

We offer the room in three-rooms apartment. The room is private, with the lock. We share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The windows go to the forest and inner-yard, thus it is very silent. This is our summer home and we meet the guests ourselves, therefore, we can help them with the raised questions or issues any time when they stay at our place or before coming. You will have your private room with the lock. We will share kitchen , WC and bathroom. If you are coming with your bikes you will provide the place to park them safely in the seller. For additional price (5 eur per wash, including detergents) you will be able to use washing machine. Somebody from our family members' is living in the apartment all the time, thus, all the questions can be answered lively or you can write me a message or call :) Our apartment is located in central area of settlement, thus, the bars, shops, places to go fishing are in short walking distance. In front of the house there is a Library. The shops are access in 5 minutes walking. Half an hour walk through the forest takes you to the sea. Just couple of minutes walk is to the shore of the Curonian Lagoon. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from our house. We do travel a lot ourselves and stay at the hosts from Airbnb and several years ago we decided to offer our apartment for the guests. We host guests for many years and lot of them are coming back every year. We meet our guests and show the apartment. Also, we live nearby, thus, we can always help if any questions arise.
