Welcome to our charming sea view apartment, 500 m from the train station and in the center of La Bernerie en Retz. This apartment of fifty m² can comfortably accommodate 4 people, it is functional and fully equipped for a stay with family or friends or simply for a leisure or professional trip. Its location is ideal, you will have a direct access to the beach by a small gate in the residence. Close to all the shops : 50m from : pharmacies, bars, restaurants and a carrefour contact as well as a bakery At 15min by car, an oyster farming area where you can buy and taste very good seafood, it is a zone of the collet in bourgneuf en retz. You are also 10min drive from Pornic, where you can follow the coastal paths for long walks. Our apartment consists of : - An open living room with its lounge area: sofa, and two large armchairs, television; the dining area with a table and chairs. The owners have left some board games for you to spend good moments the fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, espresso machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) - A functional bathroom with sink, bathtub and towel dryer - An independent WC The night space is composed of two separate bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, and the second with a bunk bed (you will find a large storage closet) And finally a large balcony overlooking the sea and its furniture for lunch outside. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Guest Adom concierge team with whom you will be in contact, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay and give you the keys to your accommodation. For your convenience, there is a cleaning fee. These include the installation of clean sheets and towels for each guest of hotel quality, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, cotton swab), as well as the cleaning* of the accommodation at your departure. Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures before 11 am. Arrival and departure times are subject to availability.
