New contemporary furnished studio over our garage with private entrance. It is located only 2.5 miles from UNH and Durham downtown, and less than a mile from supermarket, pharmacies and several fast food restaurants. Studio has kitchenette, 50" tv with 50+ Sling tv channels and Amazon prime, WiFi, amazon echo dot, etc. There is a comfy queen bed and large sofa. Folding bed can be provided for additional sleeping place. The studio has a thermostat operated pellet stove for cold nights, very silent heat pump, Keurig coffee maker with free coffee and a lot of kitchenware. It is conveniently located between Portsmouth (15 minutes drive) and Concord (30 minutes drive), and it is close to several public lake areas. UNH Mendums Pond recreation site is 4 miles away. Guests can use patio area for recreation and smoking. Garage parking can be provided for guests with direct entrance to the studio. Rural, very safe area We have good discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Additional discount can apply for certain weeks or months. Please check with us If you need stay for 5 or more nights because sometimes weekly/monthly rate will be cheaper and airbnb website may miss this additional discount. Our guests can park in the garage with direct access to the studio. We provide garage door remote for guests staying more than 2 nights.
