The huge undercover patio with sparling pool, is luxuriously furnished. The patio dining-area is just so for long and lazy, laid-back alfresco meals beside the pool with family and friends. Choice of gas, wood or Weber braais/barbeques on the patio . The kitchen (with 8-seater dining table) is a fully-equipped chef's delight. Gas and electric hobs, two electric ovens, microwave, separate fridge/deep-freeze units, filter coffee machine, Nespresso Citiz and Milk coffee machine (bring your own ground coffee or Nespresso compatible capsules), a variety of additional appliances. A walk-in pantry exclusively for guest use completes the picture. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, etc. An ADDITIONAL 5th ROOM separate from the main house is also available for hire - self-contained with basic amenities. Suitable for chauffeur / driver / nanny. Please enquire. A POOL SAFETY NET is available, if required. FREE INTERNET (FIBRE) NETFLIX / DSTV PARKING for several vehicles - 2 undercover. You will have exclusive use of the entire home. Host will not be on the property, but always available - just a phone call away. I'll meet you personally upon your arrival/check-in at the Main Gate Security Offices. You need your own transport NOISE POLICY The Residential Country Estate will not tolerate loud noise, rowdy gatherings, events or parties, or unbecoming behaviour. Respect for your fellow residents and neighbours is paramount! THIS IS A NO-SMOKING HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES The house is not serviced on a daily basis unless cleaning services are specifically arranged prior to your arrival - full day or half day, at an additional fee charged separately. Our uniformed cleaners are trained, trustworthy professionals. CHECK-IN/OUT Standard checkout time is 10.00am. NOTE: cleaning services on checkout day will commence at 8.00 am. GAS FIREPLACE The gas fireplace is supplied with 1 x 9kg gas bottle only during the cooler months, May to August. Additional gas may be purchased from the host at R290.00 per 9kg.
