It is strategically located, minutes from downtown, supermarket, pharmacy, service station, Shopping Center, and local bus stops that will leave you at the entrance of the Iguazu Falls. It is accessible through a large secure gate, where there is a parking lot large enough to accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles. The house has TOTAL PRIVACY, sharing only the parking lot. The bed has a new QUEEN mattress of hotel quality with pocket springs that allow greater support and comfort to have a night of total rest. Our home already has all the necessary bed and bath sets, so it is not necessary to bring them. The decoration of the house is MODERN TROPICAL, which fits perfectly with the summer weather, and reinforces the natural beauties of the Iguacu Falls. Our house unites the freshness of the plants, the comfort of natural materials and the cheerful and vibrant colors of summer. The Bedroom and the Living room have new LG DUAL INVERTER Air Conditioners that allow you to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the house, even in the hottest weather during your stay. Other features include a big window with nice curtains, high-speed fiber optic internet (150MB!), Frigobar, grill, microwave and coffee maker. The living room has a large sofa and a 4K+HDR SAMSUNG SMART TV with YouTube, Amazon Prime and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and other equipment / appliances. Also a table to eat up to 4 people with ease. We are located in a residential neighborhood called PARQUE OURO VERDE, with trees and friendly neighbors. The center of the city is only minutes away by car or bus. You will have an easy walk of two blocks to the Gisele Supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, and fast food outlets (hamburgers and pizzas). Also the neighborhood has the new Shopping Catuai Mall that opened 1 year ago. It is worth noting that the neighborhood is very safe to walk and walk.
