Beautiful 2-story townhouse in a quiet suburban neighborhood near light-rail, shopping, mountains, restaurants and C-470. Lovely end-unit sits in front of grassy wetlands and small park. Your spacious and quiet room and private bath are on the 2nd floor with a view of trees and grasslands. This beautiful townhouse has a 2 story living room, lots of light and is very spacious. Most people say it’s like living in a house. Your room and private bath is upstairs at the end of the hall. This nicely furnished room has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, recliner, lamps, end tables desk and desk chair and a large closet. You will have access to the a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, deck and pool/hot tub (during summer months). Your room is wired for a t.v. and you can have internet access. I work from home and I am in and out a lot. I enjoy meeting people and interacting but I also value my space. I am available by text or email as well. This is a great rather quiet neighborhood off of a main street and is well occupied by both young families with children as well as seniors. You are within a minute’s drive to shopping, retail, groceries, gas stations and banks and a major shopping center is just a few miles north. You have only a short ride to the mountains via a beautiful canyon or a major highway (C-470) that will take you to Red Rocks, the quaint town of Morrison, many ski destinations, (Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail) Dillon and Georgetown. Then heading east, you have access to downtown (Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Empower Field at Mile High Stadium) to catch concerts and sports venues via the light rail. One free parking space is available in front of the garage on the right side. I had to put my Schnauzer down November 2019 and my cat September 2020 but I have a newly adopted calico cat named Callie You'll have access to your private bedroom and bath, as well as the kitchen, laundry and patio. I have a keyless entry to allow you to come and go as you please with the code which I will provide prior to your visit I am in and out a lot but I am available to answer questions or offer assistance either in person or via email/text or mobile This is a lovely rather quiet neighborhood of about 163 units off a main street (not a highway). Many of the residents have dogs but you rarely hear them. The unit is an end unit and it backs up to the wetlands. The guest room faces north and is upstairs in the back of the house so it is very quiet. You can park in front of my 2 car garage on the far right side. There used to be an RTD bus on the main street, Chatfield but it no longer runs. There is a Flex Ride you can call to gain access to the Light Rail, local shopping or bus routes.
