New Built Luxury House - 200 m from the water

Totally New Built Luxury House Would you like to spend a few days outside the big cities and away from the croudness? Welcome to stay here and relax at this beautiful and cosy new built house, just a few steps from the water. All the materials are Premium quality. Borensberg is a beautiful little historic town, just 80 minutes from Stockholm Skavsta Airport. It´s a warm, friendly and welcoming little town. The house is walking distance to the famous hand built Göta Kanal and to beaches. The house is located in a very quit area. You will wake up to small birds singing for you. It´s 4 meters high ceilings inside so you will feel the volume and space. In the heart of the livingroom there is a cosy fire space where you can sit and relax. In the bedroom there is a double bed - adjusted with remotes for best comfort. You can choose between 3 kinds of pillows - big ones, high ones and medium high ones. Most lights in the house are adjustable from bright to cosy. The bathroom floor has heating if preferred and there is a nice water fall shower. Closest beach is just a minute walk away. Sometimes you would end up there all for your self. The whole house is yours. You also have your own outdoor area with furnitures and a barbeque. A historic little town, over a 1000 years documented. Very safe and cosy and also perfect for children. You have several beaches around you. The closest beach is a small one just 200 meters from the house. Sometimes you would be all alone there, even summer time. You have most amenities just a few minutes walk away. Very easy to walk around. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk wherever you want. If you want, you can take the bus to Linköping which is the 5:th biggest city in Sweden. Or you could take the bus to Motala where you will find next biggest beach in Sweden. You can also make a day trip to Vadstena where you will find a lot of historic churches and other buildings. Bus stops are about 400 meters from the house. IF there are no bookings at your check-in day or check-out day, you are very welcome to come earlier / or stay longer.
