This apartment is situated in a quiet location next to the forest. The scenic Westerwaldsteig forest route begins at your doorstep. There is no traffic noise and the house has beautiful views of the valley. Suitable for families with children. New and modern freestanding house located directly at the scenic Westerwaldsteig forest route in the nature park of Rhine-Westerwald, between Koblenz and Bonn. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the large spa bath has a Jacuzzi and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, raclette grill and board, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, plus has dishwasher detergent, paper towels and tea towels. There is also a dining area. The TV area is furnished with 2 armchairs, a sofa bed (140x195) and a flat screen TV. On the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue. Facilities for babies and small children are available, as well as various board games and books. Waldbreitbach is a health resort located 40km from Koblenz and 30km from Bonn. The place is known as the Christmas Village on television. From the first day of Advent until early February the village undergoes a transformation. The church hosts the largest manger in the world, made of natural tree roots, and the Advent wreath is set afloat on the river Wied. A giant Advent calendar is fixed to a half-timbered house in the village and every day a new door on the calendar is opened. The Christmas Pyramid rotates, the houses in the town center are adorned with fairy tale lights and you can admire the various nativity scenes around the village. You can also walk on the “Krippenweg”, an illuminated route with many nativity scenes, leading right up to the monastery.You can also swim, cycle, go canoeing, hiking or play tennis here.The town has an ice cream parlor, restaurants, bakeries, pastry, pizzeria and several grocery stores.
