On the ground floor of a modern residential building is the beautiful and bright about 55 -60 square meters apartment. A drying room is located in the basement. If you want to store your bicycles in the basement, this is possible. Please ask me for it. A large hall with wardrobe, oversized wall mirror, a sideboard and closet for storing and storing personal belongings! You should feel good from the start. Slippers are also there and two umbrellas, you never know. A small cozy balcony invites you to spend your time in the sun or in the evening to linger. An electric hair dryer is available. Towels and bath towels are of course and freshly washed in the bathroom. An ironing board and a steam iron are also available. In the newly equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for your daily needs. All new bought. From the Krups coffee capsule machine, a normal new coffee machine, the additional original Italian electric espresso maker from ALESSI to the complete and very extensive dishes, all the types of knives you need for cooking, a populated knife block,  plus special steak knives / forks, eggcups and the egg spoons, all sorts of saucepans, pans and a larger braised pan. Breakfast boards and kitchen boards, strainers, measuring cups, various bowls, kitchen helper set, an electric kettle, mix crusher and a toaster, all also NEW! Glasses are from Leonardo. In the hall you will find in the closet a new vacuum cleaner and cleaning brush in between. Disposable gloves are also in the closet or under the sink! You are welcome to use two pairs of slippers in the shoe rack. WELCOME also includes a small welcome pack :) Here you will find for the first day a few little things, so you do not have to shop immediately, such as coffee pods, many types of tea and tea bags, sugar and milk, mineral water and a kitchen roll, soap and toilet paper. Trash bags, dishwashing sponges and dish soap as well as some tabs for the dishwasher are also available. If we forgot something, please let me know - thank you! Almost Vis a Vis from their apartment there is a baker and a traditional butcher, as well as a really good GREEK and the Lippe Quelle, as well as a Trinkhalle. There you can fill the best water. Three minutes away in the pedestrian area you will find all other shops of the place, also an Edeka grocery store and two pharmacies. All known supermarkets are located at the respective entrance, thoroughfare! So: Combi, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, etc. about four minutes by car. The clinics can also be reached in 3 to 4 minutes and the parks as well. The apartment is located directly on Arminiuspark, as well at the Lippe Quelle! The airport can be reached in about 25 minutes on the B 1, which leads directly to Bad Lippspringe. In Bielefeld you are on the B1 and the highway in about 30 Detmold in about 20 minutes and thus also on the Hermannsdenkmal or the 70 million old Externsteine, which are really an attraction as a destination!
