Each holiday let is very individual but both have a sense of calmness and light. The properties have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Each enjoy views over different aspects of the garden. The grounds are beautifully maintained mainly laid to lawn with an orchard. There is a large pond in the centre. On entering the property down the drive you immediately feel a sense of space in rural countryside. We endeavour to make your stay as memorable and special as possible. The owner lives in a detached property also in the grounds. The property lets have been 4 star rated by Visit England (Quality in Tourism). Both holiday lets do not accept dogs and are no smoking. Although we follow a strict cancellation policy please contact us directly if you do need to cancel and we can discuss any repayment to you. This beautiful holiday home (4 star rated) has a vaulted glass entry with ample storage space. Internal doors open into an open plan lounge, dining area with modern kitchen and French doors overlooking the gardens leading onto a patio with seating. The lounge has a comfortable seating area with large flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD. There is a music centre and wireless internet access is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine. The dining table seats 6. The door from the dining area leads through to the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, WC and basin. The bedroom has French doors that open on to the garden. There is a further double bedroom with king size bed off the master bedroom and therefore there is the opportunity for this property to be rented out to 4 people, by negotiation with the owners and at an additional cost. The available dates 22nd December 2019 to the 26th January 2020 the further bedroom will not be available. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
