Country home with wonderful views NITB approved

Burnside sits on the edge of a working farm, in the Braid valley and enjoys scenic views of the historic Slemish mountain which you may climb ! We are situated 2.5 mls. from the award winning Broughshane village, a 15 min. drive from Galgorm Castle Golf Club/Spa and we offer great countryside for cycling /walking while still being only 30 mins. from Belfast city. Burnside is the perfect location for discovering the Antrim Glens and coastline villages either socialising or relaxing. We have recently modernised Burnside so guests can enjoy an open plan living area, two bedrooms and power shower on the ground floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with en-suite. We have a secure room outside with a freezer, washing machine and drying rail and this space is also suitable for storing bicycles, wet gear or golf clubs. Burnside also has a front and rear garden with a patio and outside furniture. Parking for two cars is behind the house and we also have a front driveway with separate access. We live down the lane and are available to give any help / information a guest may need. I usually have fresh flowers for guests, so if you prefer not to have any or have any allergies, let me know ! Broughshane has won various awards for its beauty and community. A river walk has been developed, Ballymena Golf Club attracts players and the country side is enjoyed by cyclists who benefit from many roads leading to the Antrim Glens. There are several places to eat the most popular being Galgorm resort approximately 15 mins away. A car is necessary, although there is a train station in Ballymena providing a service to Belfast and the north coast. Ulsterbus travels past our home en route to Ballymena.
