We warmly welcome you to the sunny Untermosel! Our house is located in a quiet and central location in the historic core of the district Kobern. Restaurants, wine producers, bakers and shops are within walking distance. Our 100 square meter cottage extends over three floors and is particularly suitable for families and small groups. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, lounge, bathroom and a guest toilet. The balcony and the spacious terrace in the courtyard invite you to relax and linger. Bed linen and towels and tea towels are part of the service of the house. In the basement of the house washing machine and dryer are available. Car parking space and garaging for bicycles are also available at the house. Internet access is provided by W-Lan free of charge. Hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet feel just as comfortable with us as enterprising families. We are happy to provide all our guests with insider tips about the region - whether hiking routes, suitable destinations, good food - we know each other very well! Holiday house up to 5 persons: The spacious holiday home consists of two living rooms, one of which is on the ground floor, the second on the first floor. Here you will find a satellite TV, as well as games, books and a hi-fi system. The inviting and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, dishes etc. The dining table invites to shared meals. For sleeping, two large double bedrooms and another bedroom with a single bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a sofa bed and a baby bed. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower / WC as well as a heated towel warmer, hair dryer and cosmetics. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet. In the storage room you will find cleaning utensils, ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner. The balcony and the courtyard are equipped with garden furniture, sun lounger and barbecue and invite you to cozy evenings and to linger.
