Settled on 10 acres of farm land, The Pink House includes an outdoor fire pit, patio, breezeway, porch, and wooded walking trail to take in all the outdoor enjoyment the space provides. Inside, you'll enjoy an entirely newly renovated living space. The two bedrooms, one bath layout is quirky and classic. We know you'll enjoy having this space all to yourself. *We are pleased to announce our WiFi has been upgraded to a high-speed modem and router as of 2/5/2021* We are happy to provide WiFi, Laundry facilities, basic toiletries, Coffee, and Tea for our guests. If you plan to arrive later in the evening (after dark) please let host Alison know so that we may leave the porch lights on for you. We are in a beautiful rural neighborhood without street lights, but the house is right on the road and the mailbox is clearly marked across the street from the driveway. The Pink House includes a 1-car car port as well as ample parking space on the gravel driveway. Please consult with host Alison if you plan to have multiple cars and she can assist you in planning parking accommodations. Air BNB manager lives two minutes away and is available to address concerns as they arise. Just two miles from downtown Saxapahaw, The Pink House is a short bike ride or drive away from The Saxapahaw General Store, The Eddy Pub, Haw River Canoe and Kayak Company, The Haw River Ballroom, and more! The surrounding farms and homes will make you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You'll be amazed how quickly you will settle in to country life.
