Newly renovated modern apartment especially for Air B & B in quiet neighbourhood, centrally located for South Shore activities. Walk to Shipyard Landing, Woodlawn Garden Park, Bridgewater Mall and downtown Bridgewater. A 20 minute drive along the scenic LaHave river will take you to five distinctive beaches, Rissers, Cresent, Green Bay, Hirtles and Sanddollar. Lunenburg or Mahone Bay are a short 15 minute drive. This apartment is a second floor level with your own door accessing the apartment from the outside. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a closet . The other room is multi function room with a sofa set up and folds out to a double bed if needed. There is also a closet in that room and behind a curtain shelves for clothes suitcases etc and a compact washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. In the living room is a table for eating or work , a comfortable sofa, chair and television with Netflix etc. You have access to the full apartment, and to the front porch and yard. There is no smoking allowed in the apartment . If you wish to smoke outside on the from porch there will be a covered ashtray there for your convenience. Please do not show cigarette butts in the yard or in the garbage containers in the apartment . We are close to the downtown area , restaurants and the shopping mall. There are two parks within walking distance and the river is one street below Prince St . We are working on widening the driveway and request that for the summer months guests park on the street in front of he house .
