The house is stocked with Nespresso coffee, condiments, cooking spices and supplies and all of it is meant to BE USED BY OUR GUESTS! Charming Cottage with 2 BR plus 1 BR/office that can sleep up to 6. Large living area with attached and enclosed porch that is heated and cooled via central AC. Fireplace for winter, outdoor shower in spring/summer/fall. Central Heat/AC, Wi-Fi, AppleTV w DirecTV, ChromeCast in bedrooms, Stereo sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, boat dock and plenty of storage. Only steps from front door to lake! The house comes with 2 Kayaks, 2 row boats, paddle boards and other lake amenities including fishing poles, life jackets, grills, etc. Perfect for a couple/couples, small family of 3-4 or 2-4 roommates for long term living. It’s tight with anything more than 4 adults, which would require additional fee of $250/extra person during each reservation period. Lake Waccabuc for fishing, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing, boating, 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, 2 Aluminum Row boats (3 person and 6 person), hiking at nearby Mountain Lakes State Park, Outdoor fire pit, indoor fireplace, 2 charcoal grills, 3 TV's, Wifi, smart TV, Chromecast, AppleTV, outdoor shower, washer and dryer and dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is more, I just can't think of it all! Up to the guests, but no interaction is necessary. Text message is best and am available always. Great neighborhood of locals and weekenders enjoying the quiet lake community. The neighbors on either side of the property are GREAT! They may even offer you a bottle of wine if you introduce yourselves as a guest. Noise is not an issue either. There is a noise ordinance that triggers if someone decides that you are making too much noise, but has never been a problem for us in 21 years of owning the home. You will need a car, but once at the lake, you can walk to Mountain Lakes Park. Everything else requires a car. Uber is available in the area. Great for teachers for seasonal, small families, weekend getaways with friends. Everyone, really is welcome, however I do not allow cats and certain dogs due to allergy. There is an additional deposit depending on the size and if the dog is hypo allergenic. Please see the house manual for all pet related inquires.
