A charming and peaceful fully furnished cottage set in beautiful grounds with ample private parking on the edge of the picturesque village of Ashby cum Fenby. Easily accessible to the Port of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the Humber Bank. A walk away from Hall Farm Restaurant and Bistro. All bedlinen and towels are included during your stay. The perfect bolt hole for professional people working away from home. The cottage is located in the grounds of a Manor House and the gardens are pretty much communal with the owners discretion. The cottage is set in gardens that are accessible to visitors with the owners permission. There is an orchard with a fire pit and barbque that visitors can use during summer I am available to guests all the time to either assist them or sit and have a drink in the garden. The village is very peaceful and the Manor is opposite a church and a walk away from Hall Farm Restaurant and Bistro. Waltham is a short drive away. Cars and bikes are the best way to get around. There are numerous walks from your doorstep. Plenty of parking within the grounds. Long stays welcome. Close to the Port of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the Humber South Bank.
