This unit offers a 1-bedroom, 2-story, loft-style villa that is furnished & equipped for an island getaway. You'll find this property is warm, inviting, romantic & suited for couples seeking a private & peaceful stay. Plus, it's just a short golf cart or taxi ride away from the hustle of Playa Norte & Centro! Guests are checked in by a on-island property manager. Guests access the property through a locked gate and through a shared stair cases (w/ two other units). As the owner of the property, I am not often available to meet in person. However, I am a quick phone call or text message away and am happy to answer any questions. The on island property management team is there to meet and greet you -- and available 24x7 via phone in the unlikely event you have an emergency. As a complement, staff from the home owner's association are on property near 24x7 and always happy to help. Options for getting around include: rented golf carts (the most popular), rented scooters (the least popular), taxis and the city bus (which is a modest 20 pesos to ride).
