Vor jeder Ankunft wird das Bett bezogen, ein sauberes großes Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt und die Wohnung sauber gemacht. Wir (Kati und Manu) studieren an der TU Braunschweig und wohnen selber in der Wohnung. Da Badezimmer und Küche zu teilen sind, freuen wir uns auf Gäste, die auf eine WG-Stimmung Lust haben. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist eine kleine Edeka zu finden, so wie der Prinzenpark. In wenigen Minuten bei Fuß erreicht man die Kastanienallee, wo es Bäckereien, Supermärkte, ein Dönerladen und Asia food Läden gibt. Das Zentrum erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Our apartment is on the first floor of a house without elevator. Your room is approximately 15 square meters big. The double bed will be provided with new fresh sheets for your arrival. In your room there's a desk, a mirror and a closet so you can put your stuff there. The kitchen and the bathroom will be shared with us, Kati and Manu. We live and study in Braunschweig and are always happy to meet new open minded people! EN BELOW Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr entspannt. Bei gelegentlichen Treffen mit den Nachbarn grüßt man sich auf dem Treppenhaus, mehr aber auch nicht. Im Treppenhaus versuchen wir möglichst leise zu sein und die Türen möglichst leise zu schließen. Falls du Hilfe benötigen solltest, ins Haus reinzukommen, sowie Informationen jeder Art, melde dich jederzeit bei uns. In our house the atmosphere is very relaxed. The neighbours are nice people and usually very quiet, especially in the evening and on Sunday. Please have respect for that, try not to be loud in the stairs and please don't shut the doors loudly.
