Sea view detached cottage, stunning views from practically every window in the cottage. Hot tub overlooking the sea. Private parking, free WiFi. The Cottage is newly renovated. There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Smart tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close. The cottage is located next to the cliff edge and has a spacious outdoor area where you can enjoy the use of the hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. There is also a pond in the garden which is the home to two ducks who visit the pond most days. A lovely decked seating area provides you with the perfect place to relax. Please be aware this property is not suitable for small children due to the pond and close proximity to the cliff edge. The property has a private driveway so no problem at all with parking. There is also a local bus which passes the top of the lane regularly if guests want to venture further away via public transport. The town is only a 15-20 minute walk away or literally a few minutes to drive. Should you have any issues at all during your stay we are only a phone call away. The check in time is 3pm onwards and check out is 10am. The property has gas central heating which can be controlled by guests using a easily usable thermostatic device. The property is a bungalow/cottage all on one level with no stairs.
