Towels including beach towels. Welcome bottle of wine, eggs, Kernow chocolate, biscuits, milk, tea and coffee. Washing machine & outside line, (communal tumble drier), dishwasher, filter coffee machine. BBQ and hamper basket (empty) with all plates/cups/glasses suitable to take to the beach. Shed to store bikes, surf board etc. Use of garage if you need to store motorbikes. Secure site with CCTV. Cot/high chair on request. Owners on site for added security and assistance.
