Vacation Rental at Upper Palatinate, House 11 OG

A quiet home for vacation for up to 3 persons (max 4 with Kids) in the middle of the beautiful Upper Palatinate Jura, close to the romantic rivers of Lauterach, Vils, schwarzer Laaber, Altmuehl and Donau with world’s oldest cloister brewery Weltenburg, between the historical cities of Regensburg and Nuernberg, surrounded by historical towns such as Amberg, Beilngries, Berching, Kallmünz, Laaber, Lupburg, Parsberg, Velburg and many castles and castle ruins on the montains of the Kuppenalb. The listed price for the vacation home applies for 2 persons. Each person in addition will be charged with EUR 12.00 per night. Kids up to 2 years are free of charge. If discount will be granted for a longer period of stay it will apply for additional persons as well. For final cleaning a one-time fee of EUR 30.00 will be charged. Upon wish of the guests for longer periods of stay additional cleanings can be arranged and directly paid. Washer and dryer are available. For our guests we are normally available at the site. Parking space is available at the house. By using the WLAN (wireless LAN) for mobile access to the internet the users accept the terms to use the WLAN exclusively for legal purposes. The users further agree not to use the WLAN for illegal up- or downloads or other illegal activities. If violating against these standards the users of the WLAN network respectively the access to the internet will be made legally liable by the landlord. The liability falls under German law.
