## Space You will appreciate the charm, the contemporary decoration and the functionality of this apartment. The living room is spacious and pleasant. In the living room you will find a sofa (convertible) with a hanging flat screen, decorative furniture and an original dining table (between a triangle and a circle). A window lets light into the apartment. The kitchen is open to the living room and connected with a bar/high table and three large stools. You will be able to use all the utensils and equipment necessary for the preparation of good food (induction cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator...). On the night side you will find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a magnificent bathroom with a shower. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided and before your arrival we make sure to clean the apartment completely, the current sanitary measures are very well respected. ## Access Underground parking space available on request. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary information and arrange your arrival. ## Neighborhood Located in a quiet street close to the main tourist places (Plumereau square, Saint Martin Basilica, Place des Halles...), shops (restaurants, bars...) and public transportation, this apartment will be the ideal place for your trip in Touraine. The district is very lively day and night, you will find many restaurants and bars while being in a quiet place. The Plumereau square is only 2 minutes away by foot. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a big market on the Place des Halles. From May to September, a Guinguette (shows, music, bar, restaurant) is open on the banks of the Loire, 6 min walk from the apartment. ## Transit 2 bus stops are located next to the apartment.
