Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. Located in the historic Moravian village of Gracehill, founded in 1765 and Northern Ireland's first conservation area. Gracehill Cottage is a traditional stone-built cottage with wooden sash windows, and is a listed building. Finished to a high standard, it is decorated in keeping with the character of the cottage. The cottage is also conveniently located to popular local wedding venues including Galgorm Resort and Spa, and The Ivory Pavilion at Galgorm Castle. This is a self contained, semi-detached cottage, solely accessible by the guests. There is a side gate for off street parking as required, and an enclosed back yard/patio. As we live next door, we are on hand as required by guests. Within the village there is a restaurant and a hair salon. Galgorm village is a 5 minute walk away, and has a good selection of amenities, including a convenience store (Spar), post office, off license, butchers, bakery, Indian restaurant and takeaway, Chinese take away, dry cleaners and florist 2 miles from Galgorm Resort and Spa 1 mile to Galgorm Castle Golf Club and Ivory Pavilion, Creative Gardens, garden centre and cafe. 2 miles to Ballymena town centre, which give access to main transportation routes North and South. 2 miles from Ballymena Train and Bus Stations Bus stop 200m from property - serving local villages and Ballymena 2 miles to Ballymena, which give access to main transportation routes North and South (A26) Taxis are easily booked
